The purpose of guaranteeing the invoice is to open the pathway to having your pipeline continuously filled, and to partner in the development of a lead generation system. We have instituted this guarantee so a client can start with us without apprehension. During this time, the client gets to see how we work, the interactions and processes between companies, and experience our ability to secure intelligence.

In most cases, the first invoice is a learning curve. For some, it's how telemarketing can work; for others, it's a benchmark to compare to other companies.

Our guarantees are issued only on the first invoice. A guarantee consists of meeting with a targeted individual within a company structure, when calling business-to-business. When calling business-to-consumer, the appointment is set at the consumer's home. An appointment is defined with a date and a time for a face-to-face meeting.

The number of guaranteed appointments will appear on your first invoice.

At the end of the first invoice, Appointment Setters reserves the right to pro-rate the appointment guarantee, if the appointments are not obtainable. For example, if a guarantee of 4 appointments is made at a cost of $540 and only 3 appointments are achieved, Appointment Setters, at their discretion, may refund $135 or advance beyond the 12 hours of calling to obtain the guarantee. Any additional hours worked to meet the appointment guarantee will reflect the true appointment rate. Any make-up appointments will be performed within a 10-day window from completion of project. Any appointments over the guarantee are included as your results of your first block of your invoice with us. There is a standard in the industry that it takes 50-100 hours to get a baseline for a projection. True projections are run on 100-hour programs.
